Assessment Of Anal Function In Different Ways Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of different surgical methods for anal function,through comparision.To provide selection evidence for clinical operation.Methods:150 mixed hemorrhoid patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups.50 patients in the A group chosen milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy,50 patients in the B group chosen milligan-morgan hemorr-hoidectomy combined with ruiyun Procedure for hemorrhoids (RPH) treatment,50 patients in the C group chosen milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with the tissue-selecting therapy (TST). Observed and compared three groups of preoperative and postoperative anal manometry results, anal pain, anal margin of edema, anal bulge, first defecation and anal homemade circumstances. Using SPSS 19.0 with bilateral inspection for alpha= 0.05 level,were compared clinical effection,To compare three kinds of treatment differences on protect anal function.Results:Off cases in 19 cases, loss ratio of 12.7%. Removing the off cases,there was no significant difference in the three groups of patients in general (gender, age, length of stay) by the variance test and X* test (P> 0.05). there was no significant difference in anal manometry results (P> 0.05).While,there was significant difference in anal pain, anal margin of edema, anal bulge, first defecation and anal homemade circumstances (P<0.05)Conclusion:Milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy currently, milligan-morgan hemorr-hoidectomy combined with RPH, milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with TST are in the clinical commonly used three kinds of operation method for mixed hemorrhoid. And both of the three methods can achieve the purpose of relieving the symptoms and signs of the patients.On anorectal manometry results, three way preoperative postoperative anal pressure without significant changes, three kinds of treatment had no obvious comparative advantage.But in the postoperative patients with anal sensation function, milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with RPH and milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with TST can prevent and decrease postoperative anal pain, anal margin of edema situation in a certain extent, and the first postoperative defecation is superior to Milligan Morgan group.In terms of anal bulge and anal homemade circumstances, milligan-morgan hemorr-hoidectomy combined with TST there are still some shortcomings compared with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy and milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with RPH. In the short term after operation, part of the patient appears anal bulge and anal exhaust, liquid discharge.
