| Objective:to investigate the clinical effect of jiuhua ointment on wound healing and the time of complication disappearance after ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60 patients with complications after ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and treatment group(n = 30).the treatment group was treated with jiuhua ointment,while the control group was treated with MEBO ointment,the healing time and the disappearance time of main symptoms were observed.Results:the total effective rate(80.0%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(56.7%)(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of anal bulge,pain and edema were significantly shortened(p<0.05).Results:1.the total effective rate(80.0%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(56.7%)(p<0.05).2.the two groups of patients with symptoms disappear time comparison,the two groups of hematochezia disappear time comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),compared with the control group,the tre atment group anal bulge disappear time,pain and edema disappeared degree were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);3.No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during the observation.Conclusion:1.jiuhua ointment has definite effect on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation;2.compared with moist burn ointment,jiuhua ointment can shorten healing time and reduce postoperative complications.3.jiuhua ointment is safe for wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation. |
