Clinical Study Of Anal Cushion High Suspensed And External Hemorrhoid Restorated For The Treatment To Ring-ship Mixted Hemorrhoid

Objective: observe the curative effect of anal cushion high suspensed and external hemorrhoid restorated method for the treatment to ring-ship mixted hemorrhoid. Method:Suspenses and ligates the rectal mucus in several sites of the upper part of hemorrhoid ;then makes an arc incision on the cutis distal to anal margin, and under the incision connective tissue and varicosity were stripped off.,then the incision was sutured end to end. Thus the surgical anal canal was restorated. All the 100 patients were divided into two groups: treatment and control group( external decorticating and internal ligating method ). Cure rate, the wound healing time, the anal function and complications after surgery were observed. Results: the curative effect of the treatment group was much superior to the control group (p<0.05). there were significant difference in terms of the pain the wound healing time,complication and anorectal pressure after surgery (p<0.05 or p<0.01 ). Conclusion: anal cushion high suspensed and external hemorrhoid restorated method can obviously improve the cure rate , speed the wound healing time, completely reserve the anal function, reduce complications and have good orthopaedic effect after surgery for the treatment to ring-ship mixed hemorrhoid.
