Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the uroschesis after stroke treated by congling plaster combined with acupunctureMethod:Seventy patients were randomly divided into2groups. In control group,35cases were treated by Acupuncture, and Pangguangshu (BL28), Guanyuan (RN4), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Yinlingquan (SP9) etc. were selected with reinforcing-reducing method; in observation group, same acupoints were selected with reinforcing-reducing method, and35cases were treated by Congling Plaster combined with Acupuncture, Shenque (RN8), Zhongji (RN3), Guanyuan (RN4) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) etc. were treated by Congling Plaster. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated after1course of treatmentResult:According to TCM O.A.S.,24cases (68.6%) made quick recoveries and7cases (20.0%) were significantly effective and1cases (2.9%) partly alleviated, while3cases (8.6%) received no alleviation in observation group, which was superior to17cases (48.6%) made quick recoveries and12cases (34.3%) were significantly effective and3cases (8.6%) partly alleviated. while3cases (8.6%) received no alleviation in control group (P <0.05); According to modern medical O.A.S.,23cases (65.7%) made quick recoveries and6cases (17.1%) were significantly effective and3cases (8.6%) partly alleviated, while3cases (8.6%) received no alleviation in observation group, which was superior to14cases (40.0%) made quick recoveries and14cases (40.0%) were significantly effective and4cases (11.4%) partly alleviated, while3cases (8.6%) received no alleviation in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Congling plaster combined with acupuncture for treating the Uroschesis after Stroke have better effects than acupuncture treatment...
