ObjectiveBased on the "Meridian flow Theory",this study explored the intervention of selective timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy on patients with sleep disorders after ischemic stroke. The sleep quality,Clinical efficacy,Serum cortisol concentration, fatigue status and the recovery of neurological impairment were observed, exploring the effect of selective auricular point pleaster therapy on sleep disorders in patients with ischemic stroke,so as to provide an effective basis for improving the curative effect of auricular point plaster therapy in clinic.MethodPatients with sleep disorders after ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Mindong Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.78 patients who met the requirements and voluntarily participated in this study were randomly divided into the control group(39 cases)and the experimental group(39 cases). The intervention of auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy was carried out, including Shenmen acupoint, subcortical acupoint, heart acupoint, sympathetic acupoint and occipital acupoint. The patients in the experimental group were treated with timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy, and chose timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy pressing at Sishi,Wushi and Youshi. Each acupoint was pressed with 10 times, with each lasted about 5 seconds. The other side of the auricle was changed every other day,and the two ears were alternated for 7 days as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses. The patients in the control group were treated with auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy, and chose the time(avoiding the three time periods selected by the experimental group)for auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy,The sleep quality(PSQI score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index),Clinical efficacy,Serum cortisol concentration,Fatigue status(FSS score of Fatigue Severity Scale)and Neurological impairment(NIHSS score of National Institute Of Health Stroke Scale)were collected and recorded to evaluate the intervention effect of timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy on this kind of patients.ResultAt the end of the study, there were 37 cases in the experimental group and 37 cases in the control group. The results of statistical analysis are as follows:1.Comparison of general baseline dataThere were no statistically significant differences between two groups in age, sex, education, type of medical insurance, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and limb paralysis(P > 0.05).and the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of baseline data of clinical efficacy indicatorsThere were no statistically significant differences between two groups in PSQI score,FSS score,NIHSS score and the serum cortisol concentration(P > 0.05).and the two groups were comparable.3.PSQI scoreAfter the intervention, the PSQI scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before the intervention(P < 0.05).The downward trend of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).PSQI scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group after 7、14and 21 days of intervention(P < 0.05).4.Clinical efficacyAfter intervention, there were no significant differences in Clinical efficacy between two groups(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of Clinical efficacy in the experimental group was97.22%,while that in the control group was 78.37%.The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Serum cortisol concentrationComparison within groups: the concentration of serum cortisol decreased in both groups after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Comparison between groups: after intervention, the level of serum cortisol in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Score of the FSSAfter the intervention, the FSS scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before the intervention(P < 0.05).The downward trend of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in FSS scores between the two groups after 7 days of intervention(P > 0.05).FSS scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group after 14 and 21 days of intervention(P < 0.05).7.Score of the NIHSSComparison within groups: the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the experimental group and the control group after intervention(P > 0.05).Conclusions1.Timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy can improve the sleep quality of patients with ischemic stroke,The total effective rate of of Clinical efficacy.2.Timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy can reduce the concentration of serum cortisol in patients with ischemic stroke.3.Timing auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy can reduce the fatigue status of patients with sleep disorder after ischemic stroke.
