Objective: Clinical observation on the treatment of urinary retention after stroke by electro-acupuncture at Shumu point method provides a new method for treating urinary retention after stroke.Method:Random number table method was used to divide 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria into two groups, including 30 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of receiving acupuncture acupuncture at the 3rd line of the forehead at the same time, the two groups were treated with electroacupuncture at the point of acupuncture.Ma Yi's three sets of wires connect the middle pole and Guan Yuan,Shenshu and Bladder Shu on the same side. The three groups of acupuncture points are all selected for sparse waves, and the current is adjusted from small to large to a suitable intensity, each treatment for 30 minutes. The control group was only treated with conventional acupuncture. After acupuncture, acupuncture was applied every 10 minutes, and the acupuncture method was performed once, each time for 1 minute, for a total of 30 minutes. Both groups were treated once a day,six times a week, and rested once, seven days as a course of treatment,a total of two courses. The residual urine volume and bladder function scores of the two groups of patients after the two courses of treatment were compared, and the treatment effect of electroacupuncture at Yuzhen point method on urinary retention after stroke was analyzed through statistics.Result:1.The residual urine volume of the bladder after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment. There was no statistical significance between the groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and there was statistical significance between the groups after treatment(P <0.05),but the treatment group the effect of improving the residual urine volume of the bladder is obviously better than that of the control group.2.The scores of bladder function after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment. There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),but the effect of improving bladder function score is obviously better than the control group.3.Comparing the total recovery rate of the two groups of patients after treatment, according to the evaluation criteria of Chinese medicine efficacy, the total recovery rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,and the total recovery rate of the control group was 77.78%.Statistical significance(P <0.05).According to the evaluation standard of modern medical efficacy, the total recovery rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,and that of the control group was 77.78%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Both electro-acupuncture at Shumu point method and conventional acupuncture method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of urinary retention after stroke.2.The clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Shumu point method is obviously better than conventional acupuncture method.
