Clinical Effect Of Different Cesarean Section On The Second Cesarean Section

Objective: To investigate the effect of new cesarean section and traditional cesarean section on the second cesarean section operation,analyze the possible influence factors,and provide a certain clinical evidence for the first choice of cesarean section.Methods: Divide one hundred Pregnant women were collected from January 2007 to December 2016 at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College into two groups: 50 women who had been operated at their first CS(cesarean section)by new technique and had undergone a second CS now;50 women who had been operated at their first CS by traditional technique and had now undergone a second CS as control.Through observing the relevant indicators of the two groups,analyze the effects of the two techniques on reoperation and compare advantages and disadvantages between them in order to guiding pregnant women to choose the suitable operations.Results: The time of reoperation and fetus delivery in research group were longer than control group,the data had statistical significance(P<0.05).In the research group,the rate of abdominal wall adhesion was 50% and the rate of pelvic and abdominal adhesion was38%,which were significantly higher than that of control group(6% and 14% respectively).Through statistical analysis,the level of adhesion in research group was higher than control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the research group,the difficult rate of intraoperative fetal delivery was 16%,which was significantly higher than control group(2%)and the data was with significant difference(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the incidence of hemorrhage,postoperative incision healing,threatened uterine rupture or uterine rupture and so on between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: The different method of the cesarean section has influences on the second cesarean section.Traditional cesarean section reoperation surgery time is short,faster and easier delivery of the fetus,reduce the pelvic and pelvic abdominal adhesions probability of occurrence,it can be used as the preferred method for those who need re-pregnancy.
