The Clinical Research On Autoimmune Thyroiditis Treated By Xiao Ying Fang

Purpose:To observe the effect of treatment method of Xiao ying fang to Autoimmune Thyroiditis in terms of clinical efficacy, related symptom improvement and inspection data analysis, provide the basis for the clinical application of Xiao ying fang, in order to provide a new method for the treatment of AT.Methods:1Clinical data:All cases are from the surgical out-patient of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine form June,2011to February,2012. Through the random, parallel control principle,30cases were randomly divided into treatment group of Chinese and Western medicine、Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine group, each10cases.2The treatment methods:Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(group A):Xiao ying fang100ml, twice a day; Levorotatory thyroxine pieces,50μg, once a day. Chinese medicine treatment group(group B):Xiao ying fang100ml, twice a day. Western medicine group(group C), Levorotatory thyroxine pieces,50μg, once a day. The treatment course are all for3months.3Clinical observation:3.1Clinical symptoms:malaise, chills and cold limbs, waist and knee pain, Valley not sweet, long nocturnal enuresis, goiter, thyroid texture, thyroid nodules. Each recorded before and after treatment.3.2The laboratory parameters:detection by ICMA of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4and TSH serum TGAb and TMAb; FCM detection in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+、CD8+and CD4+/CD8+); detect security indicators:Each recorded before and after treatment.4Statistical methods:All cases material are all use SPSS17.0statistical software for processing, experimental results to mean±standard deviation said in the group T test compares the analysis method, compares the groups of single factor analysis of variance, count data used chi-square analysis. If P<0.05, both have significant difference; P<0.01, both have significantly difference.Results:1. In the clinical curative effect of comprehensive, the rate of group A was90%, the rate of group B was80%, the rate of group C was40%. Group A and group B are efficient than group C significantly (P<0.05);2. Group A in clinical symptoms was improved better than group B than group C (P<0.05), especially in the improvement of the thyroid gland enlargement (P<0.01); Group A and group B after treatment muscle weakness, chills limb cold, the valley not sweet, strumous wait for a symptom significantly improve (P<0.01);3. The group A and group B are lower TGAb、TMAb value role, and group C TGAb and TMAb value falls not obvious (P<0.05);4.TSH of the three groups after treatment were all improved (P<0.05), group A was down maximum, followed by group C, group B down minimum, explain levorotatory thyroxine tablet can effectively improve the thyroid function, but also can improve the party away introduced the function of the thyroid function;5.Group A and B after treatment of CD4+value, CD4+/CD8+value has risen, which rise by A group more than group B (P<0.05), the CD4+、CD4+/CD8+values of the group C has fallen (P>0.05).Conclusion:This research shows that:Xiao ying treatment of Autoimmune Thyroiditis efficacy exact can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and promote the recovery of thyroid function in patients, reduce thyroid antibody levels; and the same with L-thyroxine can be more effective to improve the thyroid function. In the process of medicine, had no adverse events, had no effect on liver function, it is a safe and effective treatment method and worth further promote the use.
