Xuan Xia Xiao Ying Decoction Soup Treatment Curatve Effect Observation Of Hastimoto Thyroiditis And Effects On IL-17

Obj ective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction on the clinical efficacy of serum and the effect of Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction on the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with pharyngeal blood stasis type Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group:to the mysterious Xia Xiaoying Decoction 150ml per bag,every day morning and evening 1 bag,after meals warm clothes;control group:to the Prunella sapiens a bag,taking 2 times a day,the two groups were observed 8 weeks The To observe the levels of serum thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)and autoimmune antibody(TPOAb,TGAb),the level of cytokine IL-17,before and after treatment,the level of TCM syndrome,thyroid ultrasonography,Make clinical efficacy evaluation.Result:1.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group,the individual symptoms or signs were significantly reduced,with significant statistical differences(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the thyroid volume of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 After treatment,the levels of IL-17 in the two groups were decreased in different degrees.However,the degree of IL-17 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of thyroid autoantibodies in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.33%in the treatment group and 60.00%in the control group.By Ridit analysis,the TCM syndromes of the treatment group were significantly better than the control Group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).In conclusion:1 Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of phlegm stasis type Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine;2.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,patients with increased thyroid volume and the largest diameter of thyroid nodules were significantly reduced.3.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,can reduce the patient TPOAb,TGAb indicators;4.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis,can reduce the peripheral blood of patients with IL-17,adjusting the patients immune function,adjust the immunne function in patients with the treatment of HT achieve for its possible mechanism.
