| Objective:To observe the clinic effect of using Qi bei xiao liu fang and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablet to treat Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which was caused by deficiency of spleen Yang and kidney Yang. The clinic effect includes the improving the level of the thyroxid, reducing the quantity of TGAb and TMAb, reducing the thyroid gland volume and the isthmus thickness, improving clinic syndromes. To explore the new methods of treating these diseases.Methods:40patients diagnosed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were divided into two groups randomly.20patients of treatment group were given Qi bei xiao liu fang and Levothyroxine Sodium Tabletsas as treatment group, and patients of control group were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tabletsas. A course was3months. All patients were given medicine for two courses.Result:The clinic syndromes of treatment group and control group were all improved, but the curative effet of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01). The quantity of TGAb and TMAb reduced significantly(P<0.05), but the curative effet of treatment group was better compared with control group (P<0.05). The thyroid gland volume and the isthmus thickness of two groups all reduced. There was statistical difference in treatment group and control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and control group after six months treatment(P>0.05). After treatment TSH resumed normal, there was no difference between the treatment group and control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical observation indicates Qi bei xiao liu fang and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablet to treat Hashimoto’s thyroiditis incorporating with Hypothyroidism gets good effect, it can effeetively improve patients’ clinic syndromes, ruduce thyroid gland volume and the isthmus thickness, redulate the level of thyroid horme and antibody. There is no side reaction in treatment course. It can be put in to clinic use, and is worth to further study to clear mechanism of action. |
