The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Type Subacute Thyroiditis Huo Yu Tan Zu With Ying Tong Xiao Fang

ObjectiveFrom the clinical applying of Ying Tong Xiao Fang on type of subacute thyroiditis Huo Yu Tan Zu,The Patients’clinical symptoms can be better relieved, So we can observe the drugs’ clinical curative effects for the purpose of instructing our clinical work.Methodswe select sixty-two patients who are diagnosised type of subacute thyroiditis Huo Yu Tan Zu and meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine criterion, then the selected patients are randomly divided into the treatment group(n=31) and the control group(n=31),which are both given basical treatments. Meanwhile, the treatment group is given Ying Tong Xiao Fang and Western medicine, while the control group is given Western medicine only. The two groups are given continuous therapy for six weeks. Then we can observe the changes of two groups’clinical symptoms and signs and its related physicochemical indexes. And we can also observe the happening condition of the badness facts. Finaly,we make the Statistics and Data Analysis with SPSS17.0.ResultsThere are not significant difference between patients’ages. gender and the duration of disease (P<0.05).It is comparable.1.After the therphy, their clinical indicators and TCM syndromes accumulating fractions are meliorated. From the Statistics and Data Analysis, we can find that there is not significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).It clarifies that the treatment group is superior to the control group on this fact. 2.After the therphy, some related physicochemical indexeses, such as thyroid function(FT3、FT4and TSH) and ESR and thyroid iodine131uptake have been improved. From the Statistics and Data Analysis, we can find that there is not significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).It clarifies that the treatment group is superior to the control group on this fact.3.By comparative analysis,the two groups’effective rate has been improved after the therphy,and there is not significant difference between the two ones (P<0.05).It clarifies that the treatment group is superior to the control group on this fact.ConclusionsThe treatment of the type of subacute thyroiditis Huo Yu Tan Zu with Ying Tong Xiao Fang can meliorate patients’clinical indicators and TCM syndromes accumulating fractions to control patients’condition and make the physical and chemical indicators to the The normal range to meliorate patients’condition. The method is testified safty and effective,and haven’t been found any obvious side effect. It is worth spreading in the clinic.
