Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Combined With Nodular Goiter With Thyroid Microwave Ablation Combined With Xiao Ying Decoction

Objective:Through clinical observation of the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with nodular goiter patients before treatment and three months of treatment,six months after the change,change of thyroid gland volume of thyroid nodules diameter changes of thyroid ultrasound imaging,and clinical efficacy were recorded in autoimmune antibody titer,before and after the treatment of thyroid thyroid function to observe the thyroid microwave ablation with help of micro Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with nodular goiter and to explore its advantages.Methods:The clinical diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)associated with nodular goiter in patients with a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with thyroid nodule after microwave ablation treated with self-made decoction can micro Xiaoying Decoction,150ml/time,two times daily oral medicine decoction for 3 weeks;for a course of treatment,each course of service after being used between the next treatment interval of 1 weeks,so as not to damage the stomach;the patients in the treatment group to help micro Xiaoying taking courses for a total of 6 consecutive.In the control group,30 patients were treated with microwave ablation of nodular goiter without special treatment if there were no operative complications.Two groups of patients before treatment,treatment for 3 courses,6 courses after the end of treatment,the thyroid gland volume changes through the measurement of high resolution ultrasound of thyroid thyroid nodule diameter changes,thyroid function three(T3,T4,TSH)and autoantibodies(TPOAb,TGAb)to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the changes,the application of statistical software SPSS 17.0 the thyroid volume,thyroid nodules,thyroid function and thyroid autoimmune antibody titer data were statistically analyzed.Results:Statistical analysis showed that both the treatment group and the control group were able to enlarge the volume of the thyroid gland,reduce the thyroid nodules,and improve the laboratory indexes of the patients.Patients in the treatment group reduced thyroid gland volume,reduction of thyroid nodule volume in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05)in improving laboratory index of patients with a control group,the treatment group has obvious advantages(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Microwave assisted thyroidectomy combined with oral Xiao Ying decoction can effectively treat Hashimoto's thyroiditis combined with nodular goiter.2.The effect of thyroid microwave ablation combined with oral Xiao Xing Decoction on the thyroid function of the patients was not affected.3.The treatment of Hashimoto's disease accompanied by nodular goiter with microwave ablation of thyroid gland and the use of Xiao Xing Xiao decoction after operation has no adverse reaction,and the safety is better.
