Objective: After Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism in patients taking Qi XiaXiao Ying Mixture, clinical efficacy and safety of treatment. And discusses the Qi XiaXiao Ying Mixture on cytokine interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-10(IL-10) andinterleukin-12(IL-12) levels of regulation for TCM treatment of Hashimoto’sthyroiditis and hypothyroidism disease provides a theoretical basisMethods: According to the principles of randomized controlled clinical observation,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism in patients with liver permits TCM spleenmeets the diagnostic criteria of60patients were randomly divided into two groups: theWestern conventional treatment group30cases on the basis of use Chinese Qi Xia XiaoYing Mixture day one, treatment for12weeks. Observed before and after treatmentwere evaluated before and after the change in the clinical signs and symptoms, beforeand after treatment of thyroid hormone levels and related changes in antibody levels,IFN-γ, IL-10and IL-12, as well as adverse reactions in patients and adherence case.Results:(1) Thyroid hormone and thyroid-stimulating hormone ultra-sensitivemeasurements: before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control groupFT3, FT4, TSH were significant differences (P <0.01); between the two groups, thetreatment group, serum FT3, FT4level rise high was significantly higher (P <0.01),lower serum TSH was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01), between the two groups after significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), there are statistically significant.(2)The treatment of thyroid-related antibodylevels TGAB, TPOAb were eatment, the treatment group TGAb, TPOAb comparedwith control were significantly different (P <0.01).(3) Compared with before treatment,after treatment group patients serum IFN-γ, IL-12levels were decreased (P <0.01or P<0.05), serum IL10-levels increased significantly (P <0.01), the control group aftertreatment compared with the treatment group serum IFN-γ, IL-12without, IL-10levelsbefore and after treatment significant difference (P>0.05); comparison with the control group after treatment, after treatment, serum IFN-γ, IL-12significantly lower levelsthan (P <0.01), elevated serum IL10-level (P <0.01).(4) To improvement of signs andsymptoms: patients symptoms improved significantly after the treatment group, the totaleffective rate was93.3%and the total effective rate was73.3%in the control group.Improve the clinical symptoms of the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).(5)Security: In the present study, the treatment group and the control group with goodsecurity, there was no statistical significance.Conclusion: Qi Xia Xiao Ying Mixture in the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis andhypothyroidism patients, patients can significantly reduce subjective symptom; Toimprove the function of thyroid gland, has good clinical curative effect. Compared withthe control group and treatment group of cytokines IFN-γ, IL-12, and the result of IL–10, Found that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Qi Xia Xiao Ying Mixture withdysregulation of IFN-γ, IL-10, and the role of IL-12.
