The Clinical Efficacy Observation On Chronic Glomerulonephritis Whose Manifestation Is Hematuria By The Meathods Of Invigorating Spleen、Reinforcing Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objetive:To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis whose manifestation is hematuria, by the meathods of invigorating spleen、reinforcing kidney and promoting blood circulation. As well as to discuss the treatment mechanisim advantage and feasibility of hematuria by TCM.Methods:In this investigation,60cases of chronic nephritis patients were divided into two groups, in accordance with the proportion of1:1. Experimental group:the decoction of invigorating spleen reinforcing kidney and promoting blood circulation group. Contrast group: Group of taking reinforcing kidney tablet. Treatment duration was eight weeks. We observed the change of TCM syndromes integral and related biochemical index in patients before and after treatment. According to the nature of dates, SPSS17.0statistical package is used for statistical analysis in this investigation, such as:rank-sum tesu T test and the covariance test. P<0.05indicates that two groups have significant differences while P>0.05is no significant difference.Results:①Experimental group and contrast group, both two groups of TCM symptoms were significantly removed. There were significant differences in the main TCM efficacy before and after treatment in experimental group, there was no difference in detail symptom of dark complexion. While, there was no difference in detail symptoms of lumbar pain, numbness, dark complexion, poor appetite and indigestion. Comparation in inside group, there was no significant difference in loose stool, frequent night urination, numbness and limb edema symptoms(p>0.05). Meanwhile, Comparation with experimental and contrast groups, there was obvious differences in Lumbar pain, fatigue, dark complexion, poor appetite and indigestion symptoms(p<0.05).②omparation with removing urine occult blood and decreasing urinary red blood cell count, the general effect of experimental group was better than contrast group significantly.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tablet of reinforcing kidney as well as invigorating spleen、reinforcing kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction both can remove symptoms、 signs and some experimental index in patients of chronic glomerulonephritis whose manifestation is hematuria. Nevertheless, the general efficacy of experimental group was better than contrast group obviously.
