Clinical Observation On Treatment Of 60 Cases Of Senile Chronic Glomerulonephritis With The Method Of Strengthening The Spleen, Nourishing The Kidney, Dispelling Dampness And Removing Stasi

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Lishi Huayu Method in the treatment of senile spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency and damp heat and blood stasis type chronic glomerulonephritis.Material and method: Using the outpatient electronic medical record system,from October 2016 to January 2019,he was admitted to the nephrology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was retrospectively analyzed by elderly patients diagnosed with chronic nephritis.According to the diagnostic criteria established by this study.Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were included in 30 patients with basic spleen and kidney stagnation and dampness and phlegm,as a treatment group;30 patients with basic treatment and yellow sunflower capsules were included as a control.group.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.The main symptoms,signs and liver function,renal function,urinary sediment red blood cell count,urine protein,24-hour urine protein quantitation and other indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of TCM symptoms,the treatment group had 8 cases of clinical control,10 cases of marked effect,8 cases of effective,4 cases of ineffective,with a total effective rate of86.8%;control group in clinical control in 2 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective in14 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 73.3%.The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of western medical efficacy,the treatment group was clinically controlled in 6cases,14 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%;2 cases were clinically controlled in the control group,9cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate is 70%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.In the aspect of protein degradation,the qualitative statistics of urine protein showed no significant difference between the two groups.The quantitative analysis of urine proteinshowed that there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.4.In the reduction of urinary sediment red blood cell count,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion: The method of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney and getting rid of phlegm and blood stasis can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the elderly patients with spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency and dampness and blood stasis type glomerulonephritis,and reduce the red blood cell count of urine sediment.The curative effect is exact and worthy of further study.
