Purpose:The aim of this research is to evaluate the efficacy and safty of the method of invigorating Spleen and Kidney, tonifying Qi and Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. In order to guide clinical, and gain wider experience, for providing an effective method in the treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria. Methods:Based on the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, this paper adopts radomized. parallel clinical therapy,we separated all cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients into two parts, one was called TCM-WM group (treatment group),and the other WM group (control group). The control group was given a regular dose shenyankangfu tablet, and treatment group was based on a regular basis party with Chinese herbs of our own, then we compared the two parts both before and after the treatment from the aspects of the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein, urine red cell, kidney and liver functions, and evaluated the efficacy and safety of this treatment in the end. Results:The data analysis showed that the total effective rate in treatment group is 87.10%, while control group is 66.67%; the 24-hour urinary protein effective rate in treatment group is 87.10%. control group is 70.00%, with comparing the statistics of the two parts, the difference is statistially significant(P<0.05). urine red cell effective rate in treatment group is 74.19%, control group is 60.00%, with comparing the statistics of the two parts, the difference is statistially significant(P<0.05).After treatment, renal function and TCM syndrome score were improved obviously in treatment group.Safety observation index has not seen the obvious abnormity changes with the decoction,Therefore, security is better. Conclusion:The decoction based on the method of invigorating Spleen and Kidney, tonifying Qi and Yin,and Activating Blood Circulation to treate chronic glomerulonephritis had a well treatment effect, which was able to reduce albuminuria、 urine red cell and improve renal function and clinical symptoms. |
