The Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of PTED Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:Treat the three groups of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients by conservative treatment(Conservative group),percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy treatment(PTED group)and PTED combined with acupoint application treatment(PTED with acupoint application group)to observe the different effect of the three,analyze the clinical superiority of PTED combined with acupoint application treatment,and provide new therapies for the treatment of LDH.Methods:We collected the information of 700 LDH patients hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics and minimally invasive Department of orthopedics in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from October 2015 to October-2017,and screened the cases in strict accordance with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Among them,130 cases of LDH patients who met the standard were collected.The information of clinical cases was recorded in detail,and the case questionnaire was filled out.All patients were followed up by telephone.The Visual Analogue Scale and Oswestry disability index were used to evaluate the three groups before and after treatment 3 days,7 days,1month and 3months.This study uses EXCEL2007 to manage all the research data,analyze the data using statistical software SPSS 22,standard deviation measurement data(?X±S)said,using variance analysis,does not meet the normal distribution using the rank sum test,the same group between before and after compared with paired t test.Count data expressed as a percentage,and chi square(χ~2)were examined,such as P>0.05 indicated that the difference was not statistically significant;P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant;P<0.01 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)Compare the VAS score of the three groups after treatment,3 days after treatment,the PTED group were significantly lower than those of Conservative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),PTED with acupoint application group were lower than those of PTED group,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);7 days after treatment,Conservative group,PTED group,PTED with acupoint application group score decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,after treatment in 1month and 3months,the PTED group and PTED with acupoint application group were significantly lower than those of Conservative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),PTED with acupoint application group score slightly below the PTED group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Compare the ODI score of the three groups after treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment,the Conservative group,PTED group,PTED with acupoint application group scores were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,after treatment in 1month and 3months,the PTED and PTED with acupoint application group score than the Conservative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),PTED with acupoint application group score slightly lower than the PTED group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The effect of intervertebral foraminoscopy in the treatment of LDH is remarkable,the trauma is smaller and the prognosis is better.(2)Acupoint application plays a certain role in swelling and pain relief after transforaminal endoscopy,and it can avoid some complications caused by lying in bed after operation,and its short-term curative effect is reliable.(3)Intervertebral foraminoscopy with Acupoint Application in the treatment of LDH has a significant clinical advantage,reflecting the good combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.(4)Conservative treatment has a certain effect in the short term,but its significance is far less than that of intervertebral foraminoscopy,and the long-term effect is general.
