The Clinical Observation Of Strengthening The Spleen (Jianpixiaobi Decoction) In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy On30Cases

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Jianpixiaobi Decoction and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetes of peripheral neuropathy. We Compare their curative effect and provide scientific data of Jianpixiaobi Decoction for the treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy.Methods60patients who were diagnosed diabetes of peripheral neuropathy and belongs to the spleen deficiency syndrome types phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group. Every group includes30cases. The Chinese traditional medicine group was provided with Jianpixiaobi Decoction. At the same time, the western medicine group was provided with mecobalamin.The course of treatment was3months. It was to observe the change of the clinical symptoms, knee and ankle jerk, bathyesthesia and superficialsensibility test after the treatment in two groups.ResultThe clinical symptoms of two groups have significant difference after3months. Chinese traditional medicine group effective rate was83.3%, and the western medicine group was63.3%. Through the Ridit test, the curative effect of two groups was statistically significant difference compared distribution, P<0.05.By the chi-square test, there is also obvious significance between two group in the total effectiveness, P<0.05. All the clinical symptoms of Chinese traditional medicine group are obviously improved, with a statistical significance(P<0.05). The numbness, fatigue, pain and the cold feeling, the complexion, abdominal distension of the Western medicine group of are obviously improved, with a statistical significance(P<0.05). Compare with western medicine group, the numbness, fatigue, swollerpain, heaviness, complexion and abdominal distension of Chinese traditional medicine are improved obviously, with a statistical significance(P<0.05). The scores in Knee and ankle jerk, bathyesthesia and superficialsensibility of two groups after treatment are reduced greatly. There is obvious significance before the treatment (P<0.05). The changes of pressure, algesthesia, vibration threshold in the Chinese traditional medicine group are obviously than western medicine group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe therapy of Jianpixiaobi decoction has definite effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type.It’s better than the therapy of mecobalamin. It alleviate the clinical symptoms and Peripheral nerve function obviously.
