Clinical Study On Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the effect of Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction on TC M syndrome scores,Toronto scores and nerve conduction velocity in pa tients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuro pathy,and to confirm its clinical efficacy and explore its mechanism.P rovide a basis for Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neu ropathy.Methods: Sixty patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type diab etic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion criteria were divided i nto two groups according to the randomized controlled grouping method.All patients were treated with basic diabetes treatment,including diet c ontrol,exercise therapy,health education,blood glucose monitoring and routine.Hypoglycemic drug treatment: control group(30 cases): oral mecobalamin tablets,0.5mg / time,3 times / d.Observation group(30cases): On the basis of the control group,add Wuwei Xiaoke Decoctio n and Oral Decoction for oral treatment.Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment and continued treatment for 2 courses.Observed changes in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,gl ycosylated hemoglobin,TCM syndrome scores,Toronto scores,nerve co nduction velocity,etc.,and observed safety indicators such as blood,uri ne routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram,and record ed adverse reactions.To assess the effectiveness and safety of the treat ment regimen.Result:1.Comprehensive efficacy: the effective rate of the treatment gro up was 93.1%,and the effective rate of the control group was 65.5%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Single TCM Syndrome Points and TCM Syndrome Total Points: Both groups can reduce the TCM syndrome points and total points.The treatment group improved the pain of limbs,numbness of the limbs,fatigue,fatig ue,lack of self-satisfaction,and the scores of TCM syndromes were be tter than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).3.Toronto Points: Both tr eatments can reduce Toronto points.The treatment group reduced the T oronto score better than the control group(P<0.01).4.Glucose metabolis m index: Both groups can reduce FBG,2hPG and HbA1 C.The treatme nt group reduced FBG and 2hPG better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).5.Nerve conduction velocity: Both groups can improve bilat eral sacral nerve MCV and bilateral superficial temporal nerve SCV.In the treatment group,the SCV of the left phrenic nerve and the SCV of the right temporal nerve were superior to the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety: No adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion: Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome scores and Toronto scores of patients with qi deficiency and blood sta sis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the glucose metabolism index and improve the nerve conduction velocity to a certai n extent,and the safety is good.
