Clinical Observation Of Tianqitongluo Decoction In Interfeirng Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Of Deficiency Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tianqi Tongluo decoction in treatingdiabetic peripheral neuropathy of deficiency of phlegm and blood stasis. To discuss themethod of Spleen and replenishing qi and activating blood phlegm treating diabeticperipheral neuropathy and observe the clinical curative effect in order to improve theclinical efficacy of diabetes treatment.Method: According to the diagnostic criteria for type2diabetes and diabetesperipheral neuropathy,60patients into diabetes peripheral neuropathy of deficiency ofphlegm and blood stasis were selected and divided into2goups randomly.30patients oftreatment group were given Tianqi Tongluo decoction within the foundation treatment(diabetes education exercise therapy diet control oral hypoglycemic drugs or subcutaneousinsulin injections oral cobalt methyl amine) at the same time,30cases of control groupwere treated basically. Both groups treated12weeks as a course of treatment. Though a12-week course of treatment all cases in both groups were observed clinical symptoms、FPG、2hPG、C-P、2hC-P、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP、electromyographyetc. before and after treatment. Statistical software SPSS17.0for windows was used toanalyze all the data.Result: Outcome results showed that the two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms, FPG,2hPG, C-P、2hC-P、HbA1c, blood lipid series (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C),hypersensitive c-reactive protein (CRP), nerve conduction velocity were improved, and thetreatment group is better than that of control group, the results had significant statisticaldifference(P<0.05). Total effective rate of treatment group is86.67%, and66.67%for control group, the efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than the controlgroup(P＜0.01).Conclusion: Tianqi Tongluo decoction could improve clinical symptoms of patientswith diabetic peripheral neuropathy, increase nerve conduction velocity, and the curativeeffect is better than that of control group, Also it could prevent diabetes peripheralneuropathy, improve the patient’s quality of life in the long term.
