The Clinical Study On The Fire Needle Treatment By The Muscle Nodes Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome

ObjectiveA prospective randomized study on the clinical effects of fire needle on nuscle nodes in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. To explore the influence on VAS pain score, ROM score, simplified Fugl-Meyer scoreand edema score with fire needle on nuscle nodes in ischemic cerebrovascular patients; trying to find effective treatments with simple and useful of chemotherapy for ischemic cerebrovascular diseaseMethods70ischemic cerebrovascular patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. We treated the control group with simple needle, and the treatment group with fire needle on nuscle nodes.General treatment:treatment group and control group all press ischaemic stroke nerve internal medicine medications treatment, control base disease, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.(could better tailored medication), avoid using painkillers, symptomatic treatment and prevention of other complications, appropriate strengthen nutrition, of the limbs were using a good limb put, with the lower limb are using common suit the acupuncture treatment.Fire needle treatment:patients take side-lying position or the supine position, fix the points jianfen, tianliaoqi, tianzhongqi, jianneilingqi, jiantongdianqi, nuaohuiqi, jujianqi, yujiqi according, choose in small number fire needle, cover the selected point with a thin layer of wanghua oil, will fire needle burned red red lights over the alcohol, quickly and accurately by acupuncture point selected reinforcement, appropriate is quick in quick out, depth for local muscle rich degree different, after the needle on pinhole. Once every two days,10times for a period of treatment. Acupuncture treatment:patients take side-lying position or the supine position, acupuncture the points MS6, LI15, SJ14, SI9, HT1, LU5, PC6, Sill, LI11, LI4, SJ3by simple needle. Ones a day, five times a week,14days for a period of treatment. We use the simplify Fugl-Meyer method, VAS, shoulder ROM measurement, edema score as curative effect evaluation index. Record all the indexes before the first treatment and the second day after the last treatment in the research, observation period of10times the length of treatment.All the data were collected into a database and were analyzed by SPSS13.0statistical software.Results1. Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the Fugl-Meyer score, VAS score, ROM measurement, edema score(P>0.05).2. After the treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score of treatment group increased (P<0.01), and the ROM measurement of treatment group imcrease (P<0.01), and the VAS score of treatment group reduced (P<0.01), and the edema score of treatment gproup reduced(P<0.01). Afert the treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score of control group increased (P<0.01), and the ROM measurement of control group imcrease (P<0.01), and the VAS score of control group reduced (P<0.01), and the edema score of control gproup reduced(P<0.01).3. After the treatment, there was significant change in VAS, ROM, edema score between the two group(P<0.01), and there was no significant change in the Fugl-meyer score (P>0.05).ConclusionFire needle on the muscle nodes can improve the shoulder pain, edema and shoulder rom of shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and it can improve the movement function of the upper lim up to a point.
