Clinical Observation Of Fire-needle Positive Reaction Point Combined With Conventional Rehabilitation Training In Treating Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:This topic are grouped by random grouping method,the control group with normal routine rehabilitation training after stroke treatment,treatment group with conventional rehabilitation training comprehensive treatment in combination with fire needle positive reaction point,observe the two groups before treatment,treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment for 3 weeks,to shoulder hand syndrome after stroke clinical treatment to find a kind of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of curative effect is reliable and easy to operate.Methods:The patients participating in this study were mainly patients with post-stroke complicated with SHS admitted to the encephalopathy department of hankou and hanyang district of wuhan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The case collection time was from June 2018 to June 2019.Based on the purpose of this study and the criteria of subjects,a total of 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected.Among them,there were 35 cases of female and 25 cases of male,aged 40-80 years,duration of disease from 2weeks to 6 months,47 cases of cerebral infarction and 13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage.The 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,thetreatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group adopted the method of combining the positive reaction point of fire needle with the routine rehabilitation treatment,while the control group only adopted the routine rehabilitation treatment.The control group received routine rehabilitation training once a day and rested for one day a week.In the treatment group,on the basis of routine rehabilitation training every day,they received fire acupuncture treatment once every 2 days and rested for 1 day every 1 week.At the same time,both groups received basic drug treatment.Three weeks were taken as a course of treatment and a comparison was made between the two groups.The visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),simplified fugl-meyer upper limb motor function rating scale(FMA)and modified Barthel index rating scale(MBI)were observed.Results:Before carry out treatment for the basic data of two groups of patients,two groups before treatment VAS score,FMA score and the daily activity index,after comparing the difference between the two groups have significant(p > 0.05),eliminate the effect of the baseline indicators imbalances between groups of under error,can two groups of patients were analyzed.After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,while the total FMA score and MBI score were improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatments could effectively eliminate or alleviate the SHS pain after stroke.The VAS score of the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group,and the FMA score also increased more than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving the pain and improving the activity function of the affected limb.The increase of MBI score in the treatment group was higher than that inthe control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had roughly the same effect in improving the overall daily activity level of patients.The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 83.33%,indicating that the former was more than the latter with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle positive reaction point combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke has a good curative effect,compared to pure rehabilitation treatment in reduce pain and improve the function of limb activity curative effect is better,this therapy to improve the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,improve patient quality of life has the positive significance,can be further clinical research and promotion.
