ObjectiveThis study aims to observe clinical response of treatment shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke which separately treated by the fire needle prick method and simple acupuncture method, verify curative effect of fire needle prick treating the shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke and the time to onset, compare the advantages and problems of the two treatments, and analyze its mechanism and application.Methods60 cases of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke evenly devided into treatment group(fire needle prick group)and control group(simple acupuncture group). For treatment group,we use fire needle prick method with sick of the arm acupoints for treatment, the next day at a time,a course of 14 days;Control group will be treated mainly with traditional needle, once a day,A course of 14 days, after two consecutive period of treatment,we use the visual analogue scale(VAS)method and the measurement and shoulder hand syndrome assessment scale to give the treatment assess and Quantitative rating before or after each course of treatment.Results1 By the independent sample t-test,the comparison between the treatment group and control group are all P>0.05,no statistical significance, which prompts there is no difference between the two groups in terms of relieve SHS pain.Treatment group and control group are all P<0.05 under the paired sample t-test,which prompt the treatment group and control group in improving SHS pain has curative effect.2 The comparison between the treatment group and control group are all P>0.05,by the independent sample t-test,no statistical significance, which prompts there is no difference between the two groups in terms of relieve SHS wrist hand swelling.Treatment group and control group are all P<0.05 under the paired samplet-test,which prompt the treatment group and control group in improving SHS wrist hand swelling has curative effect.3 Shoulder hand syndrome evaluation points comparison before and after treatment in both groups,by he independent sample t-test,two groups are all P<0.05,the treatment group and control group in improving SHS has curative effect of overall evaluation.Between the two way to compare the paired sample t-test,Treatment after the two course,P<0.05,statistically significant, prompt treatment group after 2 period of treatment,in improving the SHS overall evaluation is better than that in control group.4 Treatment group and control group before and after treatment of two groups of clinical curative effect of the orderly classification of rank and inspection,P<0.05,compared to similar between the two groups have statistical significance.Treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%,significant efficiency was 50.00%,control group total effective rate was 100%,the efficiency is 13.33%,the treatment group to improve the symptoms of patients with SHS overall better than the control group..Conclusions1 Fire needle prick method and simple acupuncture treatment of SHS for the degree of pain were improved, but no statistical difference was found between two methods of treatment effect, fire needle prick method needs more cumulative effect.2 Fire needle prick method and simple acupuncture method treatment of SHS,all had an improved degree for edema, two treatment methods to the improvement of the edema no statistical differences.3 Fire needle prick method, with simple acupuncture treatment of SHS are statistically significant to the improvement of the integral SHS evaluation, and fire needle prick method is superior to simple acupuncture groups.4 Fire needle prick method in evaluation of curative effect is superior to simple acupuncture method, treatment efficiency is higher than the pure acupuncture group.
