Clinic Analysis Of41cases Of Inguinal Hernia Repaired With Tension-free Hernioplasty And4Cases Of Incarerated Hernia Repaired Through Bassini

Objective:1. To evaluate the operation methods、effects and advantages on the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.2. To observe the different effects of incarerated hernia repaired by Tension-Free hernioplasty and traditional operation method in emergency operation.Methods:The45cases between march2009and march2012of inguinal hernias after tension-free hernioplasty and conventional hernia repair were analyzed retrospectively.Results:41cases of tension-free hernia repair were successful,41cases were repaired with local anesthesia,2cases were repaired with continuous epidural anesthesia,and2cases were repaired with general anesthesia,The operation methods including Mesh plug and traditional hernia repair.There were5cases of urine retention;2cases of scrotum oedema;3cases of foreign body sention;2cases of wound dehiscencecases; there is no cases of wound infection after operation and no cases of recrudescence with a2-Month to3-Year Follow-Up.Conclusion:1. Tension-free hernioplasty has the advantages of simple operation,safe,little trauma,rapid recovery and less complication with lower recurrence rate.It is an ideal operative method to cure inguinal hernia.2. We suggest that we should cure incarerated hernia by traditional operation method in emergency operation.
