The Investigation And Therapy Of Common Skin Diseases Of Dog

The parasitosis and dermatoses are common disease of dogs. With therapid increasing in the number of dog,,the prevention of parasitosis anddermatoses.of dog has been increasing attention.By investigating on commondermatoses, exploring its occurrence and screening and effective treatments,to control the incidence of common skin diseases in dogs.From January2009to December2009, the dog’s dermatoses wereinvestigated and analyzed based on clinic samples from15pet hospitals. Theepidemiology of dog’s dermatoses were studied by the incidence of skindisease, and incidence of dog breeds, age and other data compilation,statistical analysis,From June2009to December2009, based on clinic and laboratoryinvestigation, ketoconazole, terbinafine hydrochloride, doramectin,ivermectin were used on the treatment of dog’s dermatoses. The resultsshowed that doramectin serves better when treating sarcoptes canis anddemodicidosis, the cure rate were separately85%(17/20) and80%(16/20);the cure rate of ivermectin were85%(17/20) and80%(16/20). When treating fungal infections, ketoconazole and terbinafine hydrochloride showed betterresults, and the cure rate were85%(17/20) and90%(18/20) individually.We carried out following therapy to typical dermatoses samples, suchas bacterial infection, mixed parasite and bacterial infection, mixed parasite,fungal and bacterial infection.
