Abstract:Near to recent years,a"milk occupation rich to people project"is being pulsion in the city of taian,and the cultivation of cow is developing quickly,cow production is already significance more and more to impulse local rural economy to develop.However on account of breeding and administration with non-science,meas- ures of disease prevention and cure is fall behind correspondlty.The cow of garget and so on occurred generally, especially the rece- ssive mammitis has a higher disease incidence than others.This research is major to investigate the rule of cow gargent in the city of taian,to abstract and appreciate,to do susceptibility test and therapeutic test.During deteting with CMT three cow nurseries in the urban fringe of taian,result displayed that cow mastitis has 82.88percent masculine rate with a high levelaverage in all,among that , clinical mastitis has 8.95 percent masculine rat, recessive mastitis has 73.93percent masculine rat.All the breast of cow can to be infected with mastitis, masculine rate of mastitis with handiwork milking is higher than with mechanical milking, masculine rate of mastitis in summer is higher than that in other season.Accompany with fetus times, masculine rate of mastitis is to raise higher.We have done pathogenic bacteria fractional cultivation and appreciation in fifty milk samples, among that ,we all have coseg- regated fifteen kinds of strain with 105 numbers. The consequence of susceptibility test indicates that TAP, gentamicin,quinolones and Chinese drugs pharmaceutics with complex prescription have better bacteriostatic action than penicillin.By doing the therapeutic test of cow mastitis with different drug,we can conclude that compare to Enrofloxacin,acidlevamisole, and Chinese materia medica preparation,cephalosporin and PCN have low cure rate(50.00%)in recessive mastitis, with higher cure rat(75.00%,66.67%,66.67%)in the latter.
