Recent years, automobile consumption has become the new growth momentum of Chinese economy. According to the latest statistic data in2011, China has exceeded the United States to become the biggest country in automobile manufacturing and sales. The thesis tries to study the project management system both at home and abroad, to make analysis on several project management organizational structures. Based on the project management concept of occident automotive parts manufacturers to explore how to improve the quality of new products, shorten the product development period, and reduce the cost of product development; then, the author take a case study on Brose China Co. Ltd on its the new product development process in project management, to analyze its problems in organizational structure, resource allocation and project evaluation; finally, a re-designed project management system of Brose has been put forward to; with emphasis on the important factors, the management support, corporate culture, human resources, performance evaluation to ensure successful implementation of re-designed project management system. |
