Research On Quality Management On Product Development Project Of T Company

With the rapid development of China automobile industry,the automobile market is getting more competitive,and it requests high-grade quality of products.Companies should not only insist on project quality management,and strict accordance with the standards to the implementation of project quality management,only in this way it could help company continue to grow.T company was founded in 2005,is a dedicated automobile engine camshaft production in manufacturing enterprises.Recent years,T company got more product development projects,but due to lack of project quality management,the quantity of customer complain was getting much higher.According to this situation,T company needed a project quality scenario to improve project quality,so as to enhance the market competitiveness.This thesis studies on quality control issues on the product development projects for T company.Analyze the current state of the global development of automobile and its parts suppliers,in order to show the importance and necessary of improving the quality of parts.After that we make a brief introduction to the T company’s business and organization structure,and Great Wall project is used to make a detail description about project development process,through the customers’ recent complains,relation data was been sorted,and base on six elements of quality,conclude the quality problems during the project development phase,fishbone diagram was been used to analysis the route reason of quality problems.Base on my personal project management knowledge and experience,propose a new quality management system and quality improving plan for T company,make detail and specific of T company current four-stage development process which base on APQP,in order to establish a more suitable development process.And base on the detail quality issues,from the staff quality management,machine management system,material quality control,FMEA process,environment factor and measurement method,making a detail countermeasure analysis,reduce the quality issues during development process by this way.At the last of thesis,supporting measures were been proposed to make sure the actions could be implemented,and enhance the quality management level of T company product development project.
