Research On Project Management Of Automotive Air Conditioning Product Development

With the continuous development of business,SD automotive air conditioning company's new development projects increased year by year,however,the project schedule delays,cost overruns and other phenomena have occurred frequently.Compared with foreign enterprises and joint ventures,SD company lacks the ability to develop synchronously with the whole vehicle factory,especially the new product development project management level is low,the existing project management method is not applicable to the new project,they need to introduce new project management ideas and methods.The research of this paper begins with relevant theories,and references a large number of literatures about project management disciplines,and carefully studies the existing research results in the field of project management related knowledge.Based on the existing project management research and analysis of SD company project management status,this paper establishes the project management process of SD company CH071 including project initiation,planning,implementation & control and finishing phase,and describes all the method and tools of each process,therefore a set of scientific and practical management system and normative knowledge template base for SD company project management are set up.According to the results of this paper,the project manager of CH071 project is appointed at the initiation phase,the project team is set up and the technical feasibility study is scientifically carried out.At the planning phase,work breakdown structure,schedule plan,cost budget plan and work quality plan can be formulated,at the control phase,according to the standard management process,the project scope,schedule,cost and quality can be effectively controlled;at implementation & control phase,the actual results and the project management experience and knowledge of the project can be summarized by reviewing and summarizing the whole project management process.The optimization of CH071 project management process can effectively improve the SD project management level and improve the core competitiveness of the company.
