People spend2/3life-time on their residences and thecircumstance of their residences. Therefore, the only way to improve people’s positiveattitude in working is making them live peaceful. Apartment layout, the vector of home life, isthe main residential product of living space which can influence people’s lifestyle and lifequality. It has to be satisfied with daily life, receiving visitors, learning, cooking and repastwhich are the fundamental functions of a household. Moreover, advanced households have toconsider and demand other service functions such as working, communication, entertainmentand servant to guarantee their healthy living circumstance. Thus, the creativity of designingapartment layout should not only make a concentration on functional integrity, but alsocontinually increase the comfort of residences so that it can bring a healthy, comfortable andwarmly home to people. Nowadays, those architecture layouts of house have a maturedesigning method. However, all of those designing methods are stereotyped, prim andsimilarity. Therefore, the method of apartment designing in a limitative area to make theapartment more advanced, comfortable, creative and suitable for demanding of market hasbecome a brand new challenge for apartment designing.The article does the research on the high-rise residences in China which have alreadyappeared Spatial Loop apartments such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and takes thesuccessfully and mature experience about Spatial Loop in housing complex from Japan,Korea and western countries. The article also mainly states that the type of Spatial Loop, theadvantages and disadvantages of Spatial Loop. Furthermore, the article has put forward thedesign method for Spatial Loop which combined with ergonomics and advocated to utilize theSpatial Loop reasonably to form a beneficial ventilation, lighting and line of sightcommunication. The design method also makes the traffic more convenient for residences andthe space larger in order to overcome the disadvantage which is less comfortable for middleand small apartments and to achieve the target which is improving the quality of apartments.The article has been classified as6chapters: Chapter1is the introduction which mainlyintroduces the background, the significance, the scope, the research achievements, the content,the method and the frame of the article. Chapter2has summarized the Spatial Loop. It hasstated the definition, type, advantages and disadvantages of Spatial Loop. Chapter3mainly discusses the experience of designing housing complex from Japan, Korea and westerncountries. At first, it introduces the development of housing complex. Secondly, it states theexperience of using Spatial Loop in Japan, Korea and western countries residences which hascombined with the mode of their life. Finally, to combine with the circumstance in China, itsummarizes the advantages which can be used in China. Chapter4is the research for SpatialLoop widely using in China. According to the current research, it has summarized thecircumstance of using Spatial Loop in Chinese residences and proposed the probability andpositive meaningful of popularizing the Spatial Loop. Chapter5proposes the principles andmain points of designing according to the strategy and analysis of Spatial Loop. It also pointsout the adverse factor and solutions during designing. Chapter6is the design proposal andanalysis of Spatial Loop in middle and small architecture layout. It does the exploration forthe design proposal and points. The final part is conclusion and looking ahead. It concludesand summarizes the research on using Spatial Loop which comes from the previous6chapters.It also looks into the future for the development tendency. |
