With the flourishing development of the economy, the city uses the land less andless,high-rise buildings. When the level reaches a certain height, the wind inducedvibration will reach a certain limit, in this case, we should not only consider thestructural strength and stiffness problem, but also should pay more attention to life inthe high-rise building of whether people comfortable problem. In recent years, high-risebuilding comfort problems are becoming more and more important, and more and moredomestic and foreign experts pay close attention to it.Different countries have different comfort criteria. The most common criteria usedis the limits to vertex acceleration, also the same as our chinese stardard. But thismethod also has some limitations, such as no distinction between with and withoutinterference; only consider the building top overall comfort, no regional concept; it onlyconsider the peak acceleration. Based on the above problems, in order to better studythe comfort of high-rise building, and give comfort problem research provides somereference.In this paper, based on a mansion in Changsha project of the wind tunnel test,we do the following work:(1) under the FLUENT platform, we get a tall building in Changsha projectencounters the wind load of50years once and100years once,and get intuitive windpressure distribution and the pressure distribution is analyzed, on the basis of it we dothe wind tunnel experiment.then we get the wind pressure data processing, obtainedunder different wind angles in the monomer and there are interference the mean windpressure coefficient of wind pressure coefficients and RMS, analyzed the environmentalimpact on the wind pressure distribution.(2) Establish ANSYS model, and analysis the modal to get the first10vibrationmode. Then calculated structure of acceleration response time-history, compared in twodifferent cases (monomer and interference) in different wind angles the the peakacceleration, and chinese standard condition carries on the contrast analysis.(3) reference to the different standards, put forward that we can replace the peakvalue of acceleration to the root-mean-square value of acceleration approach,simulation under different wind angles vertex maximum acceleration RMS and peakrelationship, get a peak factor should be3~4is the most suitable(4) In the traditional comfort analysis foundation, proposed annoyance rate model. Directed at the most unfavorable wind angle, we analysis the building in monomer andin interference of different floors and different locations of the acceleration timehistory,through the MATLAB program, get the annoyance rate value, on this foundation,analysed the different floor and different position of the annoyance rate values, andcompared it with the annoyance rate limit.
