Based On The Comfort Design Theory Of High-Rise Residential Landscape Environment Research

With the accelerating process of urbanization, a large urban population centers, shortage of land and other issues have become increasingly prominent. Intensive land development has become an inevitable trend. The residential environment which is closely related to people’s lives has caused widespread concern. Under such background, more and more high-rise residential appear in our life. But the one-sided pursuit of high capacity and high strength development, which make the landscape environment has been damaged:Scale exaggeration, sunshine environment difference, high-rise wind effects, activities sites idle, the lack of neighborhood association etc. High-rise residential landscape environment has been difficult to meet the needs of the residents’comfort, the serious apart from the original intention of residential construction.Nowadays, people’s residential comfort evaluation has not only confined to the residential interior space and arrangement, but more to the outdoor space environment relations with neighbors. The requirements for the comfort of residential landscape environment is not only confined to the user’s physiology feeling, but also extended to the user’s behavior psychological.The article was based on comfort design thoughts for to search for the solution to solve the existing problems of high-rise residential landscape environment. Based on the requirements of residents’physical and psychological needs; with the analysis of regional climate; using computer simulation technology combined with observation research methods, which come to the reasonable design of residential landscape environment. In order to improve the comfort as the goal which combine with Baotou Tin Yun new town high-rise residential, to seek for high quality landscape design method of methods, also as to construct a high quality residential landscape environment, better to meet the residents’needs.The article has discussed the influence factors of high-rise residential landscape environment on comfort and evaluation standard. Take three high-rise residential of Baotou as a research, moreover, make sure the residents’ comfort needs of high-rise residential landscape environment, and we residents’physical and psychological comfort two parts to research. According to the needs of residents’physical comfort, with the computer simulation technology, we analyzed sunlight environment, wind environment, sound environment of Baotou Tin Yun new town high-rise residential. Using the superposition method, after obtained other factors, we can get the winter and summer outdoor comfort comprehensive distribution, we also give some suggestions on layout for every site. According to the needs of the residents’psychological comfort, combined the investigation questionnaire of high-rise residential and with the domestic and foreign relevant theory research. Put forward design strategy on landscape environment safety, field and close feeling, sense of belonging, communication between neighbors of Baotou Tin Yun new town high-rise residential.In general speaking,create a comfortable landscape environment of high-rise residential is the inevitable trend of future development and improve residents residential environmental conditions actively, also the comfort and high quality landscape design is a certain significance for scientific research, it needs a long-term research.
