Research On Spatial Quality Evaluation And Improvement Strategies Of Characteristic Blocks From The Perspective Of Urban Convenience ——A Case Study Of Hefei

As an urban attractive space and characteristic functional unit,characteristic blocks play an important role in urban public space by condensing urban history,highlighting urban culture,enriching urban image,and displaying urban appearance.The construction and development of characteristic blocks is of great significance to the urban economic and social development and the improvement of urban taste,livability and popularity.Nowadays,characteristic blocks have gradually lost their uniqueness in the wave of rapid urbanization.The quality of blocks is not high,it is difficult to gather people,and the city image is blurred.Therefore,improving the spatial quality of characteristic blocks is a key concern.First of all,through the literature analysis method,the relevant theories of convenience at home and abroad are sorted out,the connotation and classification of urban convenience are summarized,and the basic research on the spatial quality of characteristic blocks is carried out,and the relationship between urban convenience and spatial quality of characteristic blocks is discussed.relation.Based on this,a spatial quality evaluation index system of characteristic blocks with three dimensions,9evaluation indexes,and 24 evaluation indicators of facility convenience,environmental convenience,and atmosphere convenience is constructed.The comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively determine the weights.Secondly,after the open data of Hefei’s characteristic blocks and various data of field research are brought into the evaluation system,the three-dimensional scores and overall scores of each characteristic block are obtained.The scores of the three dimensions of each characteristic block are different,among which the score of atmosphere convenience has the largest difference,and the overall score of space quality has a large difference.Thirdly,based on the construction of the three-dimensional matrix model,it is divided into 5 intervals,and after the correlation analysis between the total measurement value of space quality and each index value is carried out,the characteristic block type analysis is carried out through the hierarchical clustering method,and it is summarized into comprehensive improvement type and facility improvement type.There are 4 types:air type,atmosphere improvement type,and maintenance and remediation type.Among them,there are 18 characteristic blocks with comprehensive improvement,accounting for66.7% of the characteristic blocks in Hefei City studied in this paper;4 characteristic blocks with improved facilities,accounting for 14.8%;2 characteristic blocks with improved atmosphere,accounting for 7.4%;There are 3 characteristic blocks of maintenance and renovation,accounting for 11.1%.It shows that the overall spatial quality of the characteristic blocks in Hefei is low,the vitality is insufficient,and the improvement potential is large.Finally,it proposes targeted space quality improvement strategies for different types of characteristic blocks.The comprehensively upgraded characteristic blocks are improved in terms of improving the physical space of the block,optimizing the block space environment,and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the block;the facility-improving characteristic blocks are improved in terms of improving the layout of bus stops,enhancing the functional format,and rationally arranging the location of facilities;the atmosphere-enhancing type The characteristic blocks are improved from the aspects of inheriting the history and culture of the block space,carrying out special activities according to local conditions,and increasing the willingness to stay in the blocks;maintaining and renovating the characteristic blocks are improved from the aspects of innovating the service atmosphere of the blocks,developing the "moonlight economy",and focusing on the promotion of core positioning.From the perspective of urban convenience,the spatial quality evaluation and classification improvement strategy of characteristic blocks proposed in this paper is an active exploration of the current urban public space problem.In order to provide reference and suggestions for the research on the quality of block space and the development of other types of public space quality improvement projects.Figure [46],table [28],reference [105]...
