The wind-induced load effect takes a great proportion in total load effects and even plays a decisive role. Therefore, the structural static and dynamic response under wind loads are usually the main content of research. Vibration comfort is one of common problems in current engineering structure and a main content of structure reliability research. Human comfort reliability analysis is mainly aimed at the wind-induced load. In spite of various standards of comfort judgment, the maximum acceleration of the building is most commonly used in judgment. The subject appearing with super high-rise structure, therefore, the further research is still necessary. Though methods of comfort checking have been suggested by many countries, the rationality is worth discussing. At represent, "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building" (JGJ3-2002) and "Technical specification for steel structure of tall buildings" (JGJ99-98) in our country stipulate that the checking computations on human comfort is determined by the calculation of vertex acceleration of structure. With Emphasis on wind-induced vibration comfort of high-rise building, The main contents are as follows:1. According to the theory of annoyance rate, the measurement index of vibration comfort is determined, and the annoyance rate model of wind- induced vibration of high-rise building is established.2.On the basis of the annoyance rate model, this thesis analyzes these issues and improves evaluation standard of the wind-induced vibration comfort: (1) Analysed the differences in comfort caused by the different vibration modal. (2) The differences in comfort caused by the human distribution of buildings are systemic analyzed. (3) Studied the wind-induced vibration comfort of isolation structure.3.Based on AR method to simulate wind pressure time series by using matlab software. This thesis performs time-history analysis for a 20-story high-rise building by SAP2000 and obtains the peak acceleration which is used to analyze the comfort of high-rise building on the basis of annoyance rate model. At the same time, the time-history analysis for wind-induced vibration of isolation structure is conducted to study the wind-induced vibration comfort of isolation structure.
