The safety and stability of power system mainly depends on strongprimary equipment, reasonable power grid planning and reliablesecondary equipment. The principle, prevention first, should be insistedto face any possibility of accidents. Although most of the inner facts canbe eliminated, our power system is still threatened by many external facts.The grid itself is a huge hazard-bearing body.With the growing number of appearances and solutions of the powersystem accidents, the emergency system is also establishing and beingimproved. If the construction of the infrastructure and grid can beregarded as hard power of our system, then the construction of theemergency system is the soft power. So, in the beginning of this paper,the problems and research hotspots in emergency system building areintroduced.The main research of this paper is started with the research of theemergency dispose pattern. Regardless of the real cases, the emergencyexercise is a good entry point. A comprehensive modeling scheme ofemergency dispose pattern is concluded through comparing andsummarizing, which will be a good guidance when any anti-accidentactivity should be implemented. Then, weight evaluation is introduced inthe power system emergency research. In this part of research, The weight of every department in emergency dispose is evaluated accordingto AHP combined with vulnerability research and relevancy analysis.When the accident changes, the weight will change accordingly. Theresult is helpful to coordinate different departments and distribute theresources. Process study is next part of research, in which the patternresearch is realized in details. The simulation plan is made with the helpof related enabling technologies. And also, a way to assess theperformance of people in the exercise is proposed in this paper. Factoranalysis is adopted to find the common factors among the differentindexes.In the last part of this paper, the designing of a self-learning systemabout power system emergency is finished. Based on PBL, the curriculumis going to arouse the interest and improve the ability of each member inthis training.
