In-flight fire is a hazardous incident impacting aviation safety, whose occurrence has alow probability, high severity characteristic. Fire emergency disposal behavior of cabin crewand flight crew is the first line of defense when such incidents occur. Exploring the problemsof our cabin crew fire training better, forming a set of training assessment system, are used foreffectively improving training programs to ensure that cabin crew can master the mostappropriate skills to respond to fire threat. At present, research on the assessment of cabincrew fire training effect mainly stay in the lessons learned, especially there is still lack of thesystematic research for our civil aviation field.Every assessment index of cabin crew fire training effect was selected preliminary fromthe reaction, learning, behavior, organization four-level based on the Kirkpatrick evaluationmodel. Recycling data through surveys of cabin crew was carried out for exploratory factoranalysis and established a set of assessment index system based on classroom teaching, organizational arrangements and facilities, trainee skills, team atmosphere, organizationalperformance as factors, then passed the test. The impact relationship theory model amongassessment indicators of cabin crew fire training effectiveness was established. Therelationship between the factors and indexes, and the relationship among the factors weretested and determined for the extent of their influence by the structural equation modelingsoftware AMOS17.0. Finally, the extent of their influence was discussed and analyzedaccording to the final model.Data verification and model evaluation results show that assessment index system ofcabin crew fire training constructed and their impact relationships analyzed in this paper havebetter objectivity and reliability. It can provide a theoretical reference for scientific andreasonable setting, implementation, and assessment of our cabin crew fire training.Meanwhile it’s important for strengthening cabin crew fire training effect further, enhancingcrew disposal ability for dealing with in-flight fire, and comprehensively improving the levelof cabin safety.
