Fire is a burning phenomenon with great harm.Fire not only causes serious losses to the production and life of human society,but also threatens the safety of people’s life and property at all times.The full name of VR is virtual reality,and the Chinese name is virtual reality,which means the combination of virtual and reality.VR technology integrates a variety of disciplines,using computer generated simulation environment,users can experience the virtual world in a natural way.In order to build a strong sense of safety,effectively prevent fire,eliminate fire hazards,reduce the harm caused by fire,actively promote everyone to master fire knowledge,correctly use fire-fighting equipment and other work,based on VR technology,the fire-fighting training system is proposed as an innovative experimental teaching and training platform.Fire fighting training system is a teaching software for professional or nonprofessional personnel.According to the investigation and analysis of users’ needs,it is mainly divided into fire prevention knowledge task,fire scene experience task and fire fighting knowledge assessment task.The scene experience task is divided into three sub tasks: kitchen fire fighting,office fire fighting and factory fire fighting operation simulation training.Through the HTC VIVE Cosmos head display and handle of the terminal,the user is immersed in the simulation environment of the combination of virtual and reality,and repeatedly through the process of learning,practice and assessment,to achieve the goal of training and improve the efficiency of training.At the same time,it can update training knowledge,optimize teaching,training and assessment resources,keep pace with the times,and improve the quality of training.The system interface is built in the Unity3 D game development engine,using the C# language supported by Visual Studio 2017 to complete the coding of functional scripts.By calling the interface developed by VR,it can be displayed in the helmet,and complete the training content with the matching handle.The back-end knowledge assessment questions are stored in My SQL and optimized appropriately according to the particularity of the content.Finally,according to the test result of the system’s function and performance,we can verify whether the system achieves the expected design goals.Through the design and implementation of fire fighting training system based on VR technology,this paper provides a real-time and efficient human-computer interaction platform for users.This not only saves the loss of fire-fighting equipment,reduces the risk of training,improves the efficiency and quality of training,but also provides new ideas and methods for other industries,with broad application prospects and practical application value.
