Taking site investigation and satellite image analysis etc. as data collecting ways, thispaper uses the method combining with mathematical statistics and theory analysis to study indepth on the current situation of national and provincial trunk highway, the identificationmethodology and technique of accident-prone locations, as well as security early warning inNingbo.According to indexes analysis on roadnetwork structure, traffic accidents and casualties,the status quo of national and provincial trunk highway in Ningbo is researched.The highwaycommunication environment is dicussed from three aspects of road conditions, trafficconditions as well as roadside conditions, which provides the basic data for identification onaccident-prone roads and balck spots, and early warning on highway security.Accident-prone locations identification is studied from macroscopic level andmicrocosmic level, considering the characteristics of national and provincial trunk highway inNingbo. According to establishing equivalent weight calculation model, quality controlmethod is applied to accident-prone roads identification. After merits and demerits as well asindex applicability analysis on accident-prone locations identifying method and at home andabroad, an amended accident rate index is put forward and basing on road reasonablesegmenting, dynamic density-accident cumulative frequency curve method is also proposed,which are fit to accident-prone locations identification on national and provincial trunkhighway in Ningbo.According analysis on GIS functions and traits, on the basis of ArcGIS Engine and linearreference technology, an identifying system is developed combining with identifying processof accident-prone locations, and balck spots identification on national and provincial trunkhighway is also realized.Early warning frame is conducted after research on serve objects, content and data base.From the aspect of data spread, the structure of security early warning is fall into four levels,which includs data prepare, data analysis and information generating, information publish andspread, as well as information acception and apply. After study on information publish ofArcGIS Server, traffic security early warning on national and provincial trunk highway in Ningbo city is carried out based on ArcGIS. |
