With the large-scale construction of highway infrastructure,how to scientifically and reasonably maintain ordinary national and provincial trunk highways has become the focus of attention of highway maintenance units at all levels.At present,there are still many problems in the maintenance of ordinary national and provincial trunk roads in China,such as the lack of systematicness and pertinence in the formulation of maintenance programs,high maintenance costs,and inadequate preventive maintenance.Scientific and reasonable highway maintenance planning is of great significance to maintain the good performance of ordinary national and provincial trunk highway pavement,prolong the service life of the pavement,and guide the rational use of maintenance funds.This paper refers to the decision-making process of highway pavement maintenance management in China,and establishes the basic framework of medium and long-term maintenance planning and decision-making of ordinary national and provincial trunk pavement,which includes section division,road performance evaluation,road performance prediction,maintenance demand determination,and maintenance program decision.Firstly,a dynamic partition method based on basic road attributes was proposed to divide the road segment and determine the basic decision making unit.Secondly,using the index of pavement damage index PCI and ride quality RQI two indicators for the provincial trunk road network comprehensive evaluation of performance,with comprehensive analysis method is adopted to define the PCI,RQI sub-index component weight,by processing the traffic data and the optimized sub-index weighting comprehensive evaluation index PQI traffic evaluation;Then,the GM(1,1)grey prediction model is used to predict the road performance of each decision-making unit in the road network.According to the evaluation results and road traffic prediction results determine road maintenance planning during the period of the composite state,the simplification of composite state,using decision tree model is established to determine the maintenance planning period network maintenance requirements,and USES the weighted bias squares difference comparison method for priority of ordinary national and provincial trunk highways network maintenance;Finally,the optimal distribution model of maintenance funds was established.Based on the principle of maximizing the maintenance effect,the medium and long-term maintenance planning scheme of ordinary national and provincial trunk highways was obtained.Papers in jiangmen city as a case,according to the first province jiangmen ordinary countries general technology conditions of main road surface,the natural climate,traffic volume and axle load condition,to determine the influence factors of highway pavement performance,and then puts forward the dynamic partitioning method based on pavement basic properties on provincial trunk highway road divides,jiangmen countries determine the basic decision-making unit;Thirdly,the gray prediction model was established through the current national and provincial trunk highway pavement technical condition index PQI in Jiangmen city over the years to explore the decay law of different types of pavement performance.Finally,the optimal allocation model of pavement maintenance funds was established by using the decision tree model,and the medium and long term maintenance planning scheme of ordinary national and provincial trunk highways in Jiangmen city was obtained by combining the method of preventive maintenance scheme and maintenance timing. |
