The Study On Urban Road Traffic Accident Emergency Assistance System

The urban road traffic is the important support to the development of urbanprosperity, assuming the important task of the mass flow of personnel andsupplies. The city is a multiple area of traffic accidents. With the rapiddevelopment of China’s national economy, more and more people move to city.But the city space is relatively limited, causing massive urban problems.Because of its uncertainty, frequent, risk, traffic accident becomes a great harmof human life safety, property safety and restricting city’s fast development.After the traffic accident happens, we should rescue the injured in time, avoidsecondary accidents and reduce traffic delay time. Therefore traffic accidentemergency assistant increasingly becomes the important content of urban roaddevelopment process.This paper studies the urban road traffic accident emergency assistantsystem from the angle of system construction. Firstly this article summarizes thepresent situation of the study. On the basis of fully studied related theory, itanalyses the necessity of setting up an emergency assistant system. The paper fully analyses the current situation and put forward the problems of theemergency assistant system. On the basis of foreign countries’ advancedtheoretical and practical experiences, it establishes the urban road trafficaccident emergency assistant system. On the basis of the working process, thispaper discusses the emergency assistant system. It consists of accident detectionand recognition, decision analysis, classification response, information release,accident management, accident database, system security and each subsystem.The general goal of this paper is perfecting the system of urban road trafficmanagement system and establishing an impeccable traffic accident emergencyassistant system. In view of the different levels of traffic accident, puts forwardthe corresponding emergency response. Advanced technology andcommunication method are used to create conditions for the government’s rapidresponse and linkage. Therefore they can timely and effectively take activities inrescue system, making the accident casualties and economic losses to aminimum.
