The quality is the core of projects construction. The quality control is a complex andarduous task. The network video surveillance, GPS technology, GIS technology and enterpriseproject management system is used in this paper, and it makes a more in-depth study on theproject quality control techniques and its information systems.The construction of projects is a huge systematic project, including the subgrade,pavement, bridge, tunneling, traffic safety facilities, and greening projects, which ofteninvolves the construction of the overall layout, construction design, quality, safe and civilizedconstruction. To visually show complex information for the project technical personnel is thekey to improve the efficiency of construction and management level. Subgrade, bridges,tunnels and other projects also need a way to visually display the spatial location, theconstruction process and the logical structure. With the progress of science and technology,combined with GIS and the three-dimensional visualization tools, it is entirely achievable toexpress this relationship. This method uses a detailed simulation of three-dimensional modelto show the design works,the time,space on the logical relationship and dynamicconstruction process. In the high embankment construction process, it can make use of GPStechnology to monitor the rolling quality of the earthwork.The quality control of projects is divided into pre-control, a matter of control and aftercontrol. According to the characteristics of the various stages, appropriate quality controlmodule is developed. By case analysis, this evaluation method is introduced into the projectquality control information system. Various construction quality control means is used to forma set of internet-based quality control information system, to provide a guarantee for the entireconstruction quality.Combined with the mode of operation of the entire project construction qualityinformation integration management system, an internet-based information managementarchitecture is developed. This architecture is not only applied to the construction of projects,but also provides an information model for other complex projects. A variety of informationsystems can run smoothly in this model.In this paper, the results of the research is strong practical and feasible. It can provide amore comprehensive means to quality control and projects-related staff. The quality controlinformation system can also be improved and used as subsystem of the whole projectinformation management to provide a more effective quality control method for projectconstruction.
