With China's electric power system reform advancing further and faster,there will be more and more power construction projects.Power engineering construction quality management is much more difficult for project managers,compared to general construction projects,due to its specific characteristics.As the data source of real-time monitoring of construction quality,construction quality information is the foundation of project quality management,the authenticity and timeliness of which directly relate to the successful achievement of project goals.However,the lack of timely and effective construction quality information collection methods makes it diffcult to accurately control the dynamic changes in the construction process in recent years.In order to obtain real-time information and master the construction situation conveniently for construction management personnel,this paper proposes a construction quality information collection system for power engineering projects based on PDA,which integrates the theory of power engineering information management and engineering practice,as well as modern information technology.Firstly,based on domestic and foreign scholars' advanced concepts and methods on information management of construction projects,problems in information management of power engineering projects are discussed.Secondly,system demand is analysed,from the perspective of power engineering projects participants.Function modules of the system and the whole system framework,together with system server framework and system client framework are designed in this paper,on the basis of power engineering information system.Then,the construction quality information collection index system and the system database are built,according to system demand and system function.Finally,according to the above design requirements,the development and implementation of the system is accomplished in Android Studio development environment,together with the use of Java object-oriented modular structure,as well as J2 SE and SDK Android platform.There are seven components of the system based on function,namely project selection,project participants,construction information collection,evaluation information collection,quality standards,personal setting and system management.The power engineering construction quality information collection system developped in this paper can realize the real-time collection of construction information and evaluation information by means of a handheld intelligent mobile terminal device,fast query construction quality acceptance criteria,rapid release of construction information data and GPS real-time project positioning.The users can effectively collect and manage construction information in a flexible and convenient way,and realize centralized management and sharing of the construction information efficiently.The application of the system can not only facilitate the promotion of traditional engineering construction quality management technology,but also improve the management efficiency,and provide certain reference value for the improvement of the quality control level of power engineering construction.
