Research On Quality Management Of EMU Maintenance Information System Project

With the further expansion of the network operation and maintenance scale of EMU and the continuous improvement of the operation and maintenance of EMU,more and more information system projects for EMU maintenance are being carried out.How to carry out the quality management of the EMU maintenance information system,so as to ensure the reasonable compliance of EMU maintenance,and ensure the operation and safety of EMU has become an important topic nowadays.This paper takes the implementation process of D EMU maintenance information system project as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of EMU maintenance information system,and studies the existing problems,and puts forward the project quality management scheme of the EMU maintenance information system project.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,content and significance of the research.The second part carries on the quality management theory research and the literature review,combs the definition and the development process of the quality management.The third part describes the status quo of the EMU maintenance information system of D enterprise through field research and similar projects,and analyzes the characteristics of the EMU maintenance information system and the quality management problems encountered in the implementation process.In the fourth part,aiming at the characteristics of D enterprise EMU maintenance information system,combined with the standards of project quality management and IS09000 quality management system,we set up project process management measures,standardize the project management process from several aspects such as quality management system,quality planning,quality assurance and quality control,and strengthen the quality management requirements,so as to improve the overall quality level of the project.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study.This paper argues that by establishing quality management programs suitable for projects,it can effectively improve project quality and reduce quality costs;which can bring economic and social benefits to enterprises.
