With the development of the train technology in the world, safety,high speed and overlap tend to be more important for railwaytransportation. Safe driving then becomes the key point for the insidersand outsiders. While the train braking system is not only the way toguarantee the safety of train,but also an important symbol of thedevelopment of the railway informatization.Therefore,the test for trainbrake—brake cylinder pressure survey has drawn greater attention.However, from the survey from the marshalling station, we havegot to know that the train brake cylinder pressure of the real-timemonitoring still keeps the traditional way of―man-run line–check‖,such man-operation mode is low-efficiency and labour consuming, andfurthermore, the person factors often influence the quality inspectionof brake list, and then become the obstacle of the realization of trainsequrity, informatization and automation.Therefore, basing on theanalysis of the traditional listed, to summarize the advantages anddisadvantages of the current test and actively seek to the train brakecylinder pressure monitoring system of the brake that automatic tests、automatically data aggregation、information to be automatic storageand alarm automatically is essential for promoting China’s railwaytransportation efficiency.This paper tends to describe the invention of a new a train brakecylinder pressure monitoring system by using the time tested PLCtechnology, ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, wireless rftechnology and related sensor and configuration knowledge,and focuses on analyzing and summarize the current situation of traindetection. This new system which gives a fully concern on expense,prolonging service life uses the data transmission of wireless+cableto transfer the collected data from the tailstock to the PLC in theheadstock quickly and accurately and the data will be collected in the5T for real-time display and the historical enquiries.The detectionsystem realizes the carriage identity information and the correspondingtry-wind test in the batch data collection, the wireless transmission,storage, processing, real-time display and the historical enquiries, andso improve the train operation safety coefficient and the level ofautomation listed inspection. At the same time, it realizes the faultinformation corresponding body parts of the tip, facilitate faultregularly through the hall componets detect gas road congestion.This paper has certain theoretical and practical application value tothe train brake the research and design of automatic test.
