The Research On Residential Area Healing Garden Plant Landscape Construction By Based On Gardening Therapy

Along with those phenomenon becoming more serious in our country at present, which are the environmental problems in China’s residential area, the aged tendency of population and residents’ chronic diseases and sub-health states. People prefer to hope that the physical and mental health get protection and rehabilitation by force of nature rather than traditional medicine health care which cannot meet people’s psychological and physiological needs nowadays. The healing garden, based on the ’horticultural therapy’, has been popular and a wide range of application in a variety of rehabilitation institutions, whereas, the’healing garden’which has the function of leisure, health care and treatment will become the major objective of the residential environment construction. This author will analyze the research of predecessors, explore the construction method in the residential area landscape by color, shape, smell,texture and other plant aspects, and take the Senlinhai residential area’s garden plant landscape in Changsha as an example to verify the theoretical research, The main research results are as follows:(1)It is describing the concept, development and direction of healing garden and horticultural therapy, than it is analyzing the characteristic, current situation and classification of healing garden, which is provide theory basis for plant landscape construction of healing garden in residential area.(2)This paper do research and analysis on three typical healing gardens at local and abroad, comparatively summarizing advanced design ideas and different styles applied in the healing garden in current landscape design. It’s provides an important basis and theoretical support for theoretical research and design method of healing garden with analyzing of these cases at local and abroad.(3)It is constructing urban residential healing garden plant landscape construction theory system on the basis of theoretical research and case analysis, putting forward the design principles and methods and researching mechanism of action of healing garden, focusing on the construction of plant perception system, environmental system, gardening experience system and science education system of healing garden, and highlighting plant landscape construction strategies in each system.(4) Taking the forest sea residential area’s garden plant landscape in Changsha as a research example, under the guidance of the theoretical system, conducting designs of each healing garden, proving the feasibility and practicability of theoretical system construction.
