Research On Application Of Healing Garden Concept In Hospital Outdoor Landscape Design

With the continuous improvement of the development of urbanization in China and the protection of the ecological environment,people's attention to environmental and health issues has gradually increased.The reform of the medical system and the development of the rehabilitation garden theory in China have made people realize that a good natural environment can help patients recover and relieve pressure on medical staff.With regard to the study of hospital rehabilitation gardens,foreign countries have formed relatively mature theories and have a large number of excellent case.Learning foreign mature theories and drawing on its design methods,combined with the actual situation of the domestic hospitals,explore the landscape design strategy based on the concept of rehabilitation garden in line with the needs of domestic hospital landscape development.The Rehabilitation Garden originated in the West.It is a new type of garden that is based on natural landscapes and has functions such as assisting in the treatment of diseases and promoting physical and mental health.This topic through theoretical research,case analysis and domestic hospital field investigation analysis,taking the general hospital outdoor landscape as the main research object,to carry out its design strategy research and design practice.First of all,Clare Cooper Marcos proposed design points for the understanding and accessibility,quietness and privacy,affinity and comfort of the hospital's outdoor rehabilitation garden.Through the analysis of design points and the design focus of the overseas rehabilitation garden design and the two cases of Valejo Medical Center and Crown Sky Garden,it is pointed out that foreign hospitals in natural landscape,relaxation and meditation space,sensory experience and interactive facilities are The four aspects of sexual activity in various aspects have advantages that can be used for reference.Secondly,through investigation and analysis of domestic hospital landscapes,it was found that domestic hospitals have certain deficiencies in the quietness of open space,diversification of activity space,and sensory experience and interactive facilities.According to the analysis of outdoor use of hospitals,it is found that The rest space is valued by most people.Finally,based on previous research and research,from the three aspects of hospital outdoor space design,natural landscape design,and facility design,combined with rehabilitation garden design points and excellent case design techniques,the design strategy was constructed to address the shortcomings of domestic hospitals.Taking the new hospital district of Yongshan Hospital as the design base,the hospital explored the practice of outdoor landscape design.
