| Brushless DC motor has excellent speed performance. Though the size is small, it has high efficiency, energy density, good ability of loading and overloading. Therefore, it has been widely used in the field of aviation model aircraft and UAV. AS a result, brushless DC motor control system for senior rotary-wing aircraft has been studied.The system studied in the background of senior rotary-wing aircraft project, trying to design a kind of brushless DC motor control system with high power and smooth performance. First of all, the type of the DC motor has been selected according to the special requirements of aircraft and the characteristics of different types of DC motors. Additionally, the mathematical model for brushless DC motors has been established and the control scheme was also identified.Secondly, the hardware circuit and the software programs have been designed for brushless DC motor control system. At the same time, solutions have been proposed for the issues of MOS tube’s fever and burn.Finally, regarding to the special application of this project, the insulator on-line inspection equipment circuit is processed to preventing the influence of the high frequency voltage and the DC high voltage to the system. Furthermore certain measures have also been taken to reduce the electromagnetic interference around the transmission lines. |
