With the devices density of modern aircraft carrier communication equipment being higher and higher and electromagnetic environment increasingly complicated, a variety of electromagnetic hazard source is formed a threat to the reliability even viability of the airborne communication. As the key part of vehicle communication equipment to send and receive radio frequency signal device, the study of the RF radiation effect and strengthening methods of transceiver components, to improve the communication equipment electromagnetic environment adaptability, is very pressing needed. The Traditional electromagnetic compatibility design followed the pattern: design-sample production-testing-design, once the EMC test is not passed, we have to design the sample over again. It is time consuming and high cost. The electromagnetic modeling and simulation at the early stage of the transceiver module design, and find out the methods that improving the EMC performance, can not only kill the design risk at the beginning of design, but also short the design cycle to save the design cost.This paper analyzed the radiofrequency radiation environment of aircraft carrier communication equipment, determined the bigger of the interference sources of transceiver module disruption as the interference circuit simulation signal sources. According to the original design experience determined the transceiver components which are greatly influenced by electromagnetic interference in the module (power supply, power amplifier, low noise amplifier, mixer, modem module) as the research objects. Several module circuit simulation models are established on ADS simulation platform, carried on the simulation and compared the simulation parameters with the design of the module parameters to verify the validity of the model. Finally adopted the corresponding strengthening methods on the key circuit modules which are susceptible to cause interference, and carried out the simulation with the simulation model established before.The simulation results show that the surge interference, fold interference and common mode noise of the key circuits of transceiver component is reduced effectively after taking the electromagnetic reinforcement scheme. It has very good value of guiding the engineering application.In the follow-up research work, we will continue to improve simulation model, combine ADS software and CST software, and carry out the electromagnetic field simulation of the key components on aircraft carrier communication equipment. On this basis, we can guide to solve practical engineering problem of electromagnetic compatibility.
