With the rapid development of technology, avionics technology is entering into the era of rapid development. That computer technology and microe lectronic technology is mostly app lied improves the intellige nt de gree and the reliability of avionics greatly. However, more and more problems are arising, such as the decline of airplane’s ability of anti-electromagnetic interference(EMI). The electromagnetic wave that is produced by a lot of equipment and commun ication systems can make avionics systems out of order. The electromagnetic wave radiated by aircrafts is becoming more and more general, which brings electromagnetic po llution to electronic equipment and human around the aircrafts. And these avionics technology intends to improve airplane performance and to reduce the pressure of pilots’ control brings a large number of electromagnetic compatibility problems which affect air safety. The electromagnetic compatibility prob lems need to be solved instantly in the scientific study of modern aviation technology.Due to the electromagnetic compatibility prob lems produced by aviation technology’s development, the electromagnetic radiation of the aircrafts has also been concerned by academics. The researchers invented a variety of methods to measure electromagnetic radiation of aircrafts. But for the far- field measurements, it requires tremendous measuring site and precision instruments, which increases the measuring difficulty. To solve this problem, this paper studied on the relationship between near- field and far- field electromagnetic radiation of a aircraft. First, electromagnetic compatibility theor y, transformational relation between near-field and far-field electromagnetic radiation which takes half wave dipo le array antenna’s electromagnetic radiation for an example and two common methods for solving coupling through apertures prob lems are studied detailedly. Second, that electromagnetic radiation property is influenced by different kinds of slot, hole and hole array on aircraft is analyzed and studied by building the fuselage equivalent model. Third, electromagnetic radiation of real aircraft model is simulated and analyzed, which recelves aircraft’s electromagnetic radiation property on 500 k Hz-30 MHz, 50MHz-400 MHz and 1GHz. Finally, quantitative transformational relation between far- field electric field amplitude and near- field electric field amplitude is provided. Results of this paper can provide a certain reference value during the aircraft radiation measurements, and it can reduce the workload of the aircraft far- field radiation measurements to a certain extent.
