The paper discusses in detail the design ideas and methods of implementing system and control system of the plastic woven bag sealer. This machine achieves automatic control of the entire sealing process, and counted accurately, reliable action.First, through extensive research and analysis of plastic woven bags sealer process, I designed the overall program for plastic woven bag sealer.Second, I designed automatic folding sector, automatic feeding sector, pressure bags sector and quick sending sector.Finally, according to actions and parameters, I designed electrical control systems. The system adopts Siemens PLC S7-200and text display TD400C which connect to the network control layer. the lower layer is a device layer that connects with the variety of measurement and control equipment as well as remote I/O points of PLC equipment. Use STEP7Micro WIN software to program and upload the program to the PLC, and use the software to design HMI.
